Meet Santa
Begin your magical adventure through the North Pole, where you'll meet festive characters and discover the enchanting world of Santa’s workshop.

Then step into Santa’s enchanted elevator for a magical flight through snowy scenes and sparkling skies, before arriving at Santa’s cosy log cabin.

There, you’ll meet Santa himself, share your Christmas wishes and capture a special photo to treasure forever. 🎅

Choose your own special present
After your magical meeting with Santa, it’s time to visit the Elves’ Workshop! 🎁

Pick up your special Santa photo and let the little ones choose their very own Christmas present from a wonderful selection of gifts.

Storytime with Mrs Claus
Take a cosy break from your festive adventure and join Mrs Claus for a magical storytime! 📖

Settle in with the little ones as Mrs Claus shares a wonderful Christmas tale, bringing the magic of the season to life.

With festive stories, twinkling lights and plenty of Christmas cheer, it’s a special moment for the whole family to enjoy. ✨

Live Christmas Panto magic
Get ready for a magical Christmas pantomime as Sleeping Beauty comes to life in the Treetops Pavilion! ✨

With plenty of laughter, music and festive fun, it’s the perfect way to add a little extra magic to your family day out this Christmas.

Selected dates:
18th-31st December 2026

Afternoon shows:
2pm & 4pm (30 minutes)
 £8 per person (3+) | £5 per child (1–2)

Evening shows:
6:30pm (1 hour with 15-min interval)
£12 per person (3+) | £8 per child (1–2)

Children under 1 go free (must sit on an adult’s lap).

Relaxed Santa Safari Sessions
We will also be hosting Relaxed Santa Safari Sessions on selected dates for guests who may prefer a quieter, more relaxed experience.

📅 Saturday 28th November
 09:00, 09:30 & 10:00

📅 Wednesday 9th December
 14:00, 14:30, 15:00 & 15:30

These sessions offer the same magical experience with reduced sound, minimal lighting effects, no animatronics, and an optional elevator experience.
