A Midsummer Night's Dream cast announced | 18 Sep - 17 Oct
Shakespeare's great comedy like you've never seen it before. We've just announced the cast joining comedian Munya Chawawa as Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream, co-directed by CFT's own Artistic Director Justin Audibert (Redlands, Hamlet) and Associate Director Hannah Joss (Choir) in a production which celebrates Shakespeare's language while spinning the world of Elizabethan players into full-colour living memory.

This Dream is riotously transposed to 1990s Sussex where traditional values are going head-to-head with the party to end all parties. As night falls, psychedelic potions lead to startling transformations in the heady haze of freedom and desire. In the South Downs, magic is real. Anything can happen.
