We have a very special guest in the Museum over the next three months! On loan from the National Portrait Gallery in London, the fragment of Branwell Brontë's painting depicting his sister, Emily Brontë, is currently on display in the exhibition room. This rare portrait of Emily is in Haworth until October 31.
On Saturday 2 August, we held our first family day, 'Brontës, Birds and Butterflies', in Parson's Field. Over 200 of you joined us in the sunshine for a range of creative activities and live performances. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the Museum's anniversary, which is August 4 1928.
Remember, tickets to the Museum are valid for 12 months! We hope to see you again soon.
