Now is your chance to see Dyrham as you have never seen it before, as the roof of this 17th-century mansion is removed and replaced.

You can look behind the scenes in our open stores, discover more about the building of Dyrham in the project exhibition and then step back in time with our sensory journey through William Blathwayt’s world. Outdoors, the 110-hectare (270-acre) park provides plenty of space for exploration, as well as far-reaching views towards the Welsh hills.

Note: re-roofing project may cause disruption. Groups welcome all weekdays, excluding Bank Holiday Mondays. Due to the fragile nature of their contents, some rooms have very low light levels.
