Heights of Abraham to Tempoarily Close

From Saturday 21st March 2020, in line with government guidance, The Heights of Abraham will be temporarily closed. We will continue to follow official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England and will re-open when authorised to do so.

In the meantime, you can keep up-to-date with news from the Heights including confirmation of when the Estate will be re-opening, via our website www.heightsofabraham.com ; on our social media channels @theheightsofabraham (Facebook) @hts_of_abraham (Twitter) heightsofabraham (Instagram); or sign up to our newsletter by visiting our website and scrolling down the home page to the newsletter signup panel.

If you have purchased a ticket online for the Heights of Abraham that ticket will now be valid for a visit later in the year once we reopen. Simply show your ticket upon arrival. Alternatively, If you prefer a full refund for your cable car ticket, please email office@heightsofabraham.com with

1. Your booking reference number

2. The date you purchased the ticket

3. The original date of your visit

4. The four last digits of the card you used to make your booking 

Your refund should be completed within 5 – 10 working days.

If you have purchased an annual pass for the 2020 season we will extend your pass automatically by three months immediately, and should our temporary closure last longer we will increase the extension accordingly.

If you purchased your tickets through a third party (e.g. a local hotel) you will need to contact the third-party directly to confirm the alternative options available to you.
