Live online talks - exclusive to groups.

While the nine Birmingham Museums Trust sites are temporarily closed, the team have been finding innovative ways to stay in touch with visitors, including groups, who can now enjoy a live digital talk experience from the comfort of their own home.

The live online talks are available for Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery and Soho House, and are exclusive to groups. The online options promise to bring the museums direct to you at home with a lively and enlightening talk. These unique experiences are led by an expert tour guide who connects with groups online for a one hour talk about some of the fantastic displays.

Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery is a world-class museum which is home to Anglo-Saxon treasure, the Staffordshire Hoard, and the most important collection of Pre-Raphaelite art in the world, along with much more.

Soho House is a 18th century mansion and was  the home of the great industrialist Matthew Boulton for over 40 years, it was the epicentre for many changes brought about through the Industrial Revolution. Soho House was also the meeting place for the Lunar Society, where radical scientific and technological debates were the centre of discussion.

The live digital talks are just £50.00 for up to 12 people, and £3.00 per person thereafter. To check availability or find out more email groups@birminghammuseums.org.uk.
